1.Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "You") and 88fh (hereinafter "88fh", "We", "Us" or "the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the 88fh website, mobile platform, services, features, content and any related software made available by 88fh.

By accessing the 88fh platform, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 88fh platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 88fh.

2.Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the 88fh platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a User's account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game or any other outcome offered on the 88fh platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawal requests are processed.
• "Platform" means the 88fh website, mobile interface, applications and all associated services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3.Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 88fh, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting as an individual and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which gambling is prohibited by law. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for assessing their own legal position under applicable local legislation.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 88fh account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device or shared computer is permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily excluded from gambling services at the time of registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.Account Registration

To access the full features of the 88fh platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address and country of residence.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 88fh will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

You must notify 88fh support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. You agree that all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility until such time as you have notified us of a breach.

88fh reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

5.Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your 88fh account must be made using payment methods that are currently accepted by the Platform. 88fh does not accept cash deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Funds deposited to your 88fh account are held for the purpose of gambling activity on the Platform. 88fh does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds may not be used for any purpose other than placing bets or wagers on available markets and games.

References to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual local references only. Such references do not imply that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with 88fh or any gambling activity. Users are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is permitted for gambling transactions under applicable local law.

All transactions are processed in accordance with the Platform's current accepted currencies. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) figures are displayed, they are indicative and subject to prevailing exchange rates at the time of processing. 88fh is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

6.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made in respect of verified real-money funds in your account balance. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable and must first satisfy applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

Before any withdrawal request is approved, 88fh may require you to complete full KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. 88fh reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any verification requirements. 88fh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

88fh reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, an ongoing investigation, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

7.Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 88fh platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. 88fh reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, and any bet placed at a manifestly incorrect price may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by 88fh without prior notice.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the continued availability of the market. 88fh reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time.
• Results are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — the official result declared by the ICC or relevant cricket board governs settlement.
• In the event of a void bet (e.g., abandoned match, cancelled event), the stake is returned to the User's account. Void bets within an accumulator are treated as non-runners, and the accumulator is recalculated accordingly.
• 88fh does not accept bets that it suspects may be placed with knowledge of a corrupt or manipulated event outcome. Any winnings derived from such bets will be void and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

8.Casino Rules

All casino games available on 88fh — including slots, live dealer tables, table games and instant games — are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the respective game provider. 88fh does not modify RTP values. Results in all casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing processes conducted by trained dealers under monitored conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, software error or server failure — the round in progress will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the player's balance. 88fh does not honour claims for winnings arising from technically faulty game outcomes.

Game contributions toward bonus wagering requirements vary by game type and are specified in the relevant bonus terms. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games. Please refer to individual bonus terms for applicable contribution rates.

9.Bonuses & Promotions

88fh may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all promotional offers on 88fh:

• Each promotion is available to eligible registered users only and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are wagered first by default unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus funds or associated winnings are converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 88fh reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, for operational, regulatory or fraud-prevention reasons.
• Abuse of promotional structures, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting or multi-accounting, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus winnings.

10.Responsible Gambling

11.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88fh platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address or device.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, collusion or match-fixing activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise extract data or software from the Platform.
• Abusing the promotional or bonus structure, including systematic exploitation of welcome offers through multi-accounting.

12.Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fh platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of 88fh or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from 88fh.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fh, its directors, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

88fh does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and 88fh expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, 88fh's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14.Account Termination

88fh reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible to hold an account (e.g., underage, self-excluded or located in a prohibited jurisdiction).
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to 88fh.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to you, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable charges.

15.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88fh holds its operating license. Users access the Platform voluntarily and acknowledge that this Agreement is not governed by the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which the user may be resident.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Nothing in this clause restricts your right to seek redress under consumer protection laws applicable in your own jurisdiction, where such rights cannot be lawfully excluded.

16.Amendments to These Terms

88fh reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 88fh will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the 88fh platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
